Bench Press: find 3RM1 X max reps at 80% of 3RM

Then 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of

Burpee Pull-UpsBodyweight
Dumbell Thrusters35 lbs.
  • Adjust loads according to your ability.
